At Borgo Floreani, every day can be spent relaxing or actively discovering. We organise guided tours of our farm, where you can participate in the various stages of production: from sowing to harvesting, from pruning to the grape harvest, experiencing the rhythm of the countryside at first hand.
Lovers of exercise can stroll along the paths through vineyards, woods and rural villages, or explore the surroundings by bicycle, which we gladly provide for our guests. There is no shortage of opportunities to discover the area: we organise excursions to the main historical sites in the area and participate in the many food and wine events that enliven Friuli throughout the year.
Located in the heart of Friuli, Borgo Floreani is the ideal starting point for exploring an authentic and surprising region, rich in history, nature and culture, still far from mass tourism.
In the immediate vicinity, paths wind through hills, rural villages, medieval castles and historic villas, which can be explored on foot, by bicycle or on horseback. From here you can follow the Horseback Trail or the Strada dei Castelli e del Prosciutto, to San Daniele to sample the local ham. In less than an hour you can reach the Collio, Carnia, the Natisone Valleys, but also iconic destinations such as Aquileia, Cividale, Palmanova, Udine and even Venice or Trieste.
And then horse riding, swimming pools, golf and Alpine trekking, where nature and culture coexist in perfect balance.
