The approximately eight hectares of the farm consist of vineyards, vegetable gardens, small orchards, arable fields, and free-range livestock.
The model follows the traditional farms of the past, where the goal was to produce a wide variety of products. These are intended for our kitchen, direct sales, and selected local shops and restaurants.

- Fruits for fresh consumption, preserves, and juices
- Corn for polenta and livestock feed
- Hulled barley for human consumption
- Rabbits, chickens, hens, turkeys, ducks, geese, pigs, and sheep
- Grapes for fine Friulian wines
