The love for good & genuine food – distinct family trait – has been with us since our childhood.
Therefore, all dishes are home-made and realized with food produced in our farm: daily picked fruits and vegetables, eggs and courtyard poultry, homemade jams and conserves, cured meats typical of the Friuli region.
At every meal we serve traditional local dishes as well as more modern and experimental combinations. The menu varies accordingly to the seasons, to ensure the freshness and genuineness of the food.
Every morning guests can reserve the dinner during the brekfast buffet choosing the menù from the daily suggestions!
We organize for small groups hand-on cooking classes, which start in the vegetable garden and end with the tasting dinner.
